VINCI Energies acquired INTECHNOLOGY in Czech Republic on March 19, 2025. INTECHNOLOGY is a group of three companies for HVAC and building automation.
INTECHNOLOGY generated €10 million in sales in 2024 and has 48 employees and is divided in INT CZ for HVAC projects, INT Control System for building automation and INT Servis for the associated services.
With this acquisition VINCI Energies is strengthening the building solutions activities in Czech Republic, especially by merging with KASTT in Hradec Kralove, and thus fostering the HVAC activities in the sector. Newly emerged company would employ 135 people and is expected to generate appx. €20 million in sales.
“With the acquisition and merger, one of the five largest companies in the Czech Republic in the field of HVAC will be created. This is a significant step towards strengthening our position in this segment, which we perceive as promising given the growing importance of energy efficiency and the increasing share of technology in building investments,” says Ladislav Urban, Regional Director of VINCI Energies CZ. “The merger of both companies will allow us to expand our offered services and at the same time increase the specialization of our employees. This will enable us to provide better solutions to our customers.”
“We have been building the company for 14 years and wanted to find a trustworthy investor for it. VINCI Energies is a guarantee for us that our business, as we have built it, will continue. I believe that the merger with KASTT will open new opportunities for us, says Ladislav Koci, actual director of INTECHNOLOGY. „Together, we will be able to offer our customers comprehensive services under one roof, including building automation, which will make us unique in the market,” Jiří Krepindl, INT CZ Executive Director, added.
“Although we are based in the same region and meet at tenders, we have different customer bases. While KASTT focuses on direct customers, INTECHNOLOGY is strong in the construction sector. In the merger, we plan to maintain all existing jobs and at the same time, I believe that from the perspective of further development, we will be an even more attractive employer for job seekers than we are now,” added Roman Švorc, Director of KASTT.
