S&T CZ was renamed Axians Czech Republic s.r.o.
On 18 September 2023, S&T companies in Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro were renamed Axians, the ICT brand of the VINCI Energies Group.
On 18 September 2023, S&T companies in Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro were renamed Axians, the ICT brand of the VINCI Energies Group. Now, these countries appear under a consistent Axians corporate identity and rebranded company names.
VINCI Energies successfully closed the acquisition of a significant part of the IT services business of Kontron AG (formerly S&T AG) on December 29th 2022.
- S&T CZ was part of a multinational rebranding in Central and Eastern Europe
- Continues to focus on local customers in all countries
- The existing portfolio will be enriched by the products and services of the multinational Axians network
S&T CZ s.r.o. was renamed Axians Czech Republic s.r.o. The company’s registered office, address and telephone contacts remain unchanged, as do the company’s registration number (ID number, VAT number) and bank account.
Since 18 September, the Axians brand has been represented in the Czech Republic by two sister entities:
- AXIANS ICT CZ, s.r.o. based in Brno
- Axians Czech Republic s.r.o. until now S&T CZ, based in Prague

In addition, customers will now benefit from the Axians ICT expertise in areas such as cloud & data centre infrastructures, cyber security, enterprise networks, digital workspaces, business applications & data analytics (including ERP) and telecom infrastructures.
