The next-generation electronic filing service was introduced at the 25th ISSS.
The S&T CZ research team implemented the latest IT technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), developed unique document processing methods and built on its solutions. The result is an intelligent service that can be safely tailored to the individual needs of each agenda so that it does the maximum amount of routine administrative tasks for employees.
We have combined twenty years of experience in developing, operating and delivering the AthenA filing service with the latest scientific research to create an application that helps the user, adapts to their requirements, maintains the system, provides an overview and monitors deadlines. The next-generation electronic filing service has clear ambitions to take the processing of the agenda in the civil service to the next level. Jitka Košovanová from the Public team presented it at the ISSS conference.
Dominik Klus from the Cyber Security team discussed cyber security in his presentation. He presented trends in security data collection and evaluation aimed at consolidating solutions and simplifying operations. He recommended a technology from Trend Micro that uses XDR sensors to cleanse security reports “of noise” and combine individual pieces of information into coherent security stories that need to be addressed. This will significantly reduce the staffing requirements for security solutions and increase understanding and responsiveness to an event. In conclusion, Dominic recommended not only reactively addressing situations that have already arisen, but proactively preventing them in the first place!
