Zdeněk Židek
Regional Director of VINCI Energies CZ
Zdeněk Židek focuses on companies specializing in energy infrastructure. In 1993, he co-founded the company REKS, which later became part of the VINCI Energies group and the OMEXOM brand. Today, two companies operate under the OMEXOM brand in the Czech Republic – OMEXOM GA Energo and OMEXOM Elektrotrans. Both are among the leading players in the construction, design, and engineering of high-voltage and extra-high-voltage overhead power lines (HV/EHV), operating at voltage levels of 110kV, 220kV, and 400kV.
Ladislav Urban
Regional Director of VINCI Energies CZ
Since 2003, he has been responsible for building the group’s presence in the Czech Republic, including its external growth through the acquisition and integration of companies into the group and their subsequent management. During his tenure, VINCI Energies expanded its operations to Slovakia and Hungary. He is currently responsible for companies in three countries, covering the areas of building solutions, industrial automation, transport infrastructure, telecommunications infrastructure, and energy. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague and later studied in Paris through a joint program of the French technical schools École des Mines, École des Ponts, and Sciences Po.
Miroslav Bečka
Divisional General Manager
Miroslav Bečka is the Divisional General Manager of Axians Czech Republic, a company formed through the transformation of the S&T CZ brand under the international VINCI Energies group. Since 2024, he has also been responsible for managing its sister entity, Axians ICT CZ, creating a strategic link between key competencies in IT infrastructure, system integration, and digital solutions in the Czech market.
Miroslav is a graduate of the Metropolitan University Prague, where he studied International Trade. He began his IT career in the mid-2000s at S&T CZ, initially focusing on infrastructure solutions and serving as Director of the Technical Infrastructure Division. In 2016, he was appointed CEO of S&T CZ, leading the company through a successful transformation and its eventual integration into the Axians brand. Today, he heads the Czech division of Axians, including the Axians ICT CZ unit, with a focus on fostering synergy, innovation, and customer value across both the public and private sectors.
