Governance

The members of the executive committee are responsible for managing VINCI Energies, and hold its convictions and values. Twice a year, the Executive Committee brings together all the managing directors of its managerial divisions, as well as its main functional executives. Each of the four brands – Actemium, Axians, Omexom and VINCI Facilities – is managed by a steering committee.

  • Arnaud Grison

    Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, VINCI Energies

    After one year on a construction site in Hong Kong, Arnaud Grison began his career in 1992 at the French Ministry of Transportation, where he was in charge of road construction projects in Savoie (France). In 1997 he joined SITA (Suez group), where he held various operating positions. He joined the VINCI group in 2004 as CEO of European Flight Services (EFS), a subsidiary of VINCI Airport Services. He moved to Cofiroute (VINCI Autoroutes) in 2007, where he was in charge of operations before being appointed chief executive officer in June 2010. In 2012 he moved to VINCI Energies as CEO of VINCI Facilities, before being appointed managing director for VINCI Energies International & Systems in 2014. Since March 2019, he has been CEO of VINCI Energies. Born in 1967, Arnaud Grison is a graduate of French engineering school Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole National des Ponts et Chaussées as well as Stanford University.

  • Corinne Lanièce

    General Secretary of VINCI Energies

    Corinne Lanièce holds a master’s degree in law from the University Panthéon-Sorbonne, a DESS in management from the University François Rabelais in Tours and a diploma of chartered accountant. She began her career with an experience in internal audit at Air France before becoming general secretary of one of its subsidiaries. In 1997, she joined GTIE, now VINCI Energies, as director of *. In 2006, she was appointed managing director of VINCI Energies Central & Eastern Europe before becoming managing director of a management division in South-West France, the West Indies and Guyana in 2010. Since september 2019, Corinne Lanièce has been secretary general of VINCI Energies.

  • Hervé Adam

    Deputy General Manager and General Manager of VINCI Energies France

    After graduating from the ENSEEIHT engineering school in Toulouse (France), Hervé Adam started his career at GTIE, rebranded as VINCI Energies in 2003, where he held various operational roles: project manager, business unit manager, director. In 2004, he was promoted to director of the Omexom brand before being appointed managing director of a management pole covering the South-West region of France in 2008. Following the acquisition of Cegelec in 2010 and the subsequent reorganisation of VINCI Energies’ global operations, he was named managing director of the division VINCI Energies France in 2011, a position he holds today.

    In 2020, he became Vice-Chairman of SERCE, the professional association for energy and digital transition companies in France.

  • Dr Reinhard Schlemmer

    General Manager of VINCI Energies Europe East

    Dr Reinhard Schlemmer trained as a computer engineer. First graduating with a Master’s degree in software engineering at the University of Klagenfurt in Austria, then a PhD from Vienna University of Economics in 1996, working on integrating IT into strategic management. After his PhD he began his career as financial director at Auricon Group, an Austrian industrial group. In 1998 he became financial director at Chemapol in the Czech Republic to work on a restructuring assignment, before holding the same role at Epidauros Biotechnologie AG in Germany. In 2003 he joined VINCI Energies as its financial director in Austria before becoming the company’s financial director in Germany in 2006, then managing director for electrical, automation and IT in Germany in 2008. In 2016 he became deputy general manager of VINCI Energies Europe East, and has been general manager of VINCI Energies Europe East since March 2019.

  • Julio de Almeida

    General Manager of VINCI Energies International & Systems

    Julio de Almeida holds a master’s degree in telecommunications from the ESME Sudria school of engineering and an MBA in management from the HEC business school. He began his career as project manager in the telecoms division of GTIE, which became VINCI Energies in 2001. He then held various roles in operational departments: business unit manager, regional director then managing director of a telecoms management division in the Greater Paris region. When FACEO was integrated into VINCI Energies, Julio de Almeida became its managing director, as well as managing director of industry at VINCI Facilities. In 2012 he took on an international role as deputy managing director of VINCI Energies Europe West and managing director of VINCI Energies ENP (Spain, Nordics and Portugal) in 2014. He has been general manager of VINCI Energies Europe West in 2019 and since 2021, he is general manager of VINCI Energies International & Systems.

  • Véronique Matignon

    VP of Human Resources of VINCI Energies

    Véronique Matignon is a graduate of Paris I University where she obtained a degree in law, specialising in business law and taxation. A registered barrister, she joined EY’s Paris office in 1987 as a tax lawyer and was promoted to partner in 2002. In 2004, when taking on the responsibilities of people leader in charge of talent development in Western Europe and Africa, she followed the MBA in Human Resources at Paris Dauphine University. In 2008, she left EY to join CA-CIB bank as director for global talent management. In 2011, she was recruited by VINCI Energies to take on the newly created role of International HR director and on September 1st, 2019, was appointed to the VINCI Energies’ Executive Committee as VP Human Resources.

  • Lars Nordin

    Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of VINCI Energies

    Lars Nordin is a management and finance graduate of the University of Gothenburg, the Swedish Institute of Management and Lausanne’s IMD business school. He started his career in 1981 as a financial controller for Asea France. In 1988, he became financial director of ABB in France, before moving to Belgium to become financial director of ABB Alstom Power Hydro Segment, then of Alstom Hydro in 2002. In 2004, he was appointed financial director of the GSS division at Cegelec. When Cegelec was acquired by VINCI Energies in 2010, Lars Nordin became financial director of VINCI Energies’ International & Systems division. He has been deputy general manager and chief financial officer of VINCI Energies since 2018.

  • Jos Boers

    General Manager of VINCI Energies Europe North West

    Jos Boers studied in Groningen Electrical Engineering and started working as an Automation Software Engineer at a local installation company. He has spent most of his working life in the Factory Automation & interdisciplinary Engineering industry in the Netherlands including executing and managing international projects. Jos Boers joined Wieringa Consultants & Engineers in 1992 as Head of Software Development in charge of Automation projects and after several functions such as business development, Head of the IT department and interdisciplinary project management he became Company Director in 2000. In 2001 the company Wieringa Consultants & Engineers was acquired by VINCI Energies. Jos Boers was appointed Director of Actemium Netherlands in 2005. In 2010 he was appointed Country Managing Director and after serving in various transversal responsibilities he was appointed in 2015 as CEO of VINCI Energies Netherlands and in 2021 CEO of VINCI Energies Europe North West.
